Use Outlook or Outlook express: How to Set Up Outlook Express to Send and Receive Email In addition to traditional POP3 email support (Outlook, Eudora, etc), we also provide web-based email so you can access your email anywhere anytime using any browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc).

or smtp.yourdomain.com*Web Base Mail:With web base mail, you can excess your email from any computer without addtional setting. Simply go to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail or http://email.yourdomainname.com*. Then type in your e-mail and password and login.*Depend on the location in our server. Usually, after hosting start, you should receive instruction from e-mail.Use Mobile device:

  • iOS device: go to Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars->Add Mail Account->Other, enter name, email address, and password, and go to next. Choose account type* (IMAP or POP) and enter incoming and outgoing information (check the instruction email for incoming and outgoing Host Name). When “Cannot Verify Server Identity” message pops up, just tap “Continue”. Leave Mail and Notes set to on and click save.
  • Android device: open Gmail app and go to Settings->Add account->Personal (IMAP/POP)->Next. Enter email address and tap Next. Choose the account type* (IMAP or POP3) and enter the email password. Next enter incoming and outgoing information (check the instruction email for incoming and outgoing server and port). Customize your own account options as you like and tap Next to finish.
  • Windows device: go to Settings->email+accounts->add an account->advanced setup and enter email address and password. Next choose Internet email, and enter account name and your name as you want. Choose account type (IMAP4 or POP3), enter username (email address) and password, and enter incoming and outgoing information (check the instruction email for incoming and outgoing server). In Advanced Settings, ensure that Outgoing server requires authentication is checked.

*IMAP is the preferred protocol as it will not download and store your emails on your mobile device.
