Plan A. Service model:

Customers can choose to pay all the above service fees and customers get all sale income.

GCI will not involve book sales.

Plan B. Blanded model:

Customer pays copyright fee to government and GCI above service fee.

GCI does marketing and sales.

Additional to the above services, GCI will provide:

B1. Create a book trailer for the book introduction

B2. Send out the book trailer on YouTube, Facebook, and other social media.

B3. Make arrangements for an online seminar

If there is an offline seminar, the customer will pay the cost

GCI also uses a third party to promote e-books. If there is another third party’s fee.

The above share will be the income after the deduct the fee.
