Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard to manage your email account options and settings. The Email & Office Dashboard is unique to GoDaddy account holders and is the place to change passwords, create forwards, set up email on devices, and more.
Note: You can also sign in directly to your Microsoft 365 or Professional Email account instead.
Sign in as account owner
If you have a GoDaddy account or have access to one as a delegate:
1. Go to your Email & Office Dashboard.
2. Enter your GoDaddy username (or customer #) and password.
3. Select Sign in.
As a GoDaddy account owner, you can also access your Email & Office Dashboard from the My Products page.
Sign in as a user
If you have an email address but don’t have access to the GoDaddy account:
1. Go to your Email & Office Dashboard.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Select Sign in.
If you’re an account owner and already signed in to your email, you’ll get sent to the Email & Office Dashboard as a user. To switch from the user view to the account owner view, scroll down and select the link at the bottom of the dashboard.
1. If you’re an account owner, select Manage next to the email address. Otherwise, continue to the next step.
2. In Account information, select Edit.
3. Enter your preferred Display Name.
4. Select Save. It can take up to 24 hours before your new display name shows on sent messages.
