Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Contract Video Editor responsible for editing and assembling recorded footage into engaging, polished videos on a per-project basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong storytelling skills, technical proficiency in video editing software, and the ability to deliver high-quality results promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into cohesive, compelling videos.
- Create engaging visual stories aligned with each project’s objectives.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, music, and sound effects.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all projects.
- Review scripts and materials to create appropriate visual narratives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and timelines.
- Manage and organize digital files effectively.
- Perform color grading and correction to enhance visual impact.
- Optimize video content for distribution on various digital platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong storytelling skills with good understanding of composition, pacing, and timing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and effective collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and distribution specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Audio editing and sound mixing skills.
- Basic understanding of camera operations and filming techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content strategies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Website QA Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Website QA Specialist with strong English and Chinese language skills to help us review and maintain high standards across our websites. You will be responsible for checking page layouts, ensuring font and spacing consistency, and reviewing English content and Chinese content for accuracy and proper use of Simplified vs. Traditional Chinese.
This is a part-time or contract-based remote position, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and experience in web quality assurance or digital content review.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual QA on website pages to ensure consistent layout, spacing, and alignment.
- Review English and Chinese content against requirement files for accuracy.
- Review product categories and information against provided files.
- Check for consistency in the use of Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
- Verify proper font usage and rendering across browsers and devices.
- Identify and report issues using screenshots, annotations, or QA tools.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to implement improvements.
- Document issues using browser developer tools, Figma, Google Docs, or spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Experience in website QA, proofreading, or digital content review.
- Strong attention to detail in layout, fonts, spacing, and UI consistency.
- Comfortable with browsers, mobile QA tools, Google Sheets, and basic web tools.
- Clear communication and structured feedback skills.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
- Familiarity with localization tools (WPML).
- Understanding of web typography and responsive design.
Compensation:
Pay by project, flexible part-time (5–15 hrs/week depending on project load).
