Started Grace Computer & Internet Corp. IT services in 1999. She keeps the business constantly updating and expanding its business scope. She graduated from Nanjing Universities in China and got a master’s degree in the United States. Grace has strong skills in marketing and management. She led the team to finish many projects.
She has strong business analysis skills and uses software to help customers run the business effectively, such as using AI technology to create reports and make predictions. She has a skillset for web server management, internet security, business software integration, CRM, Accounting software, project management software, such as QuickBooks and Salesforce, and team teamwork. As well as for industries like medicine, construction, etc.
She teaches software courses to a Fortune 500 company: Praxair. She is a good business analyst who understands customers’ needs and communicates them to IT professionals. She uses the newest technology to manage IT projects, such as AI and Agile’s latest management method.
She has served as a mentor for the capstone project at the Computer Science Department at the University of Houston from 2019 to 2022.
She is a certified coach, speaker, and trainer for leadership.
