Carol Leung was born and raised in the southwest area of Houston, Texas. From an early age, she developed a passion for art and design, which inspired her to pursue a career in digital media and creative technology.

She studied Art and Design at the University of Houston and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Digital Media. With more than 10 years of professional experience, Carol specializes in front-end web design, graphic design, and digital content creation.

Her expertise includes website design and customization, website content updates, video editing, digital marketing, YouTube channel management, presentation and slide creation, email marketing, and Google Business Profile management. She develops and maintains websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, WooCommerce, and a variety of WordPress plugins, creating responsive, user-friendly websites that perform well across desktop and mobile devices.

Carol has a strong eye for design and user experience, combining creativity with practical technical skills to help businesses, organizations, and ministries build an effective online presence.

Daniel graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Computer Science. He has extensive experience in computer hardware and software installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical support.

His expertise includes website domain registration and transfers, web hosting migration, website migration, and ongoing hosting support. He is experienced in setting up and managing business email solutions using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cPanel email services.

Daniel specializes in network infrastructure, including server deployment, wired and wireless network configuration, and system optimization. He also has a strong focus on cybersecurity and internet security best practices, helping organizations build reliable and secure IT environments.

In addition to his IT expertise, Daniel is skilled in video editing and audio/visual (A/V) system installation and support for businesses, churches, educational institutions, and events.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Daniel communicates effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing professional technical support and practical solutions with patience and attention to detail.
