SecureServer has notified affected customers that their SSL certificates must be replaced because of an administrative certificate issuance issue. According to its notice, there is no indication that the security of website connections was affected.

Installation deadline: Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.

Please submit this form promptly to authorize our team to assist. Submission does not guarantee completion before the deadline; we will confirm scheduling.

Service includes

• Review the SSL replacement notice and certificate status.
• Process the replacement or rekeying as needed.
• Confirm the replacement certificate is installed.
• Test the website’s HTTPS connection.

Service fee: $45 per website
