1. Staged Residential Property Videos

Services include:

  • You provide property footage, property details, your logo, and contact information.
  • We use AI-assisted research of the supplied materials and human review to prepare Chinese and English narration scripts for your approval.
  • We edit the property footage and add basic color correction, background music, and captions.
  • Choose your presentation style:
    • Recorded presenter: You record the approved narration separately in Chinese and English. We remove the background and place your presenter image in a corner of the video.
    • AI avatar: We use your authorized, previously created AI avatar to generate Chinese and English narration and combine it with the property footage.
  • Each property includes one Chinese video and one English video, each up to 50 seconds.

One-time custom AI avatar setup: $300 per person, including appearance, voice, and a basic presentation template. Language availability and results depend on the selected platform and initial testing.

This service covers video production. Physical staging, furniture, and on-site styling are provided by the client.

2. Commercial Property On-Site Presentation Videos

For offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and other commercial properties. You present the property on location, and we edit your presentation and property footage into bilingual promotional videos.

Services include:

  • You provide separately recorded Chinese and English on-site presentations, property footage, and property details.
  • We select highlights and remove pauses, repeated content, and obvious speaking errors.
  • We combine your presentation with property footage and apply basic color and audio adjustments.
  • We add matching-language captions, background music, your logo, and contact information.
  • Each property includes one Chinese video and one English video, each up to 50 seconds.

Production Option One-Time Order / Property Monthly Service / 2 Properties

Editing of client-provided Chinese and English presentations $225-$400/month

Full scriptwriting or creating narration in a second language when only one language is supplied is quoted separately.

Scope and Delivery

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. One “set” includes the Chinese and English videos for one property. Monthly plans include 2 sets, totaling 4 finished videos.
  • Total raw footage is limited to 10 minutes per property, including both language recordings.
  • Both versions use the same main visuals and design template. Choose one format: vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9.
  • Residential packages include one consolidated script revision. All packages include one consolidated round of minor video revisions.
  • Property details and scripts must be approved before narration is recorded or generated. Later content changes, re-recording, or regeneration may incur additional charges.
  • Initial drafts are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after all materials are complete and presenter recordings or the AI avatar are ready.
  • Monthly service is prepaid and includes 2 properties per month. Complete materials must be supplied on time. Unused slots do not automatically roll over.
  • Additional formats, longer videos, complex animation, extensive audio repair, rush delivery, posting, and advertising are quoted separately.
  • You are responsible for verifying property prices, measurements, permitted uses, and other details, and for securing permission to use supplied footage, voices, and likenesses.

$300 Monthly Budget Option

Includes 1 residential or commercial property per month, with one Chinese video and one English video, each up to 50 seconds, within the basic scope above. Residential videos may use a recorded presenter or an existing AI avatar. Initial AI avatar setup is charged separately.
