1. Scope of Work: The Contractor agrees to provide video editing, or Website QA Specialist services as outlined by the Company on a project-by-project basis. Each project's specific details, including deadlines, deliverables, and requirements, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to project initiation. 2. Compensation: Payment for each project will be agreed upon in advance. The Company agrees to pay the Contractor the agreed-upon fee within 30 days upon project completion and final approval. 3. Independent Contractor Relationship: The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Company. The Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits. 4. Revisions: Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions at no additional charge. Additional revisions beyond this number will be billed at an hourly rate or agreed-upon fee. 5. Ownership and Rights: Upon full payment, the Company shall own all rights to the final edited video(s). The Contractor may include the completed work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. 6. Confidentiality: The Contractor agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all materials provided by the Company and the contents of the projects until publicly released by the Company. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Company agrees to compensate the Contractor for all work completed up to the termination date. 8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
